Our mangoes undergoes all the testing with APEDA and USDA before they even arrive in the USA. Unlike others, we check our mangoes again after they arrive in the USA to ensure that they are in good condition. We will be partnering with stores in major cities for this season to distribute the Mango to you. If you prefer to purchase your mango in the store, you can inquire about our mango at your local store. However, the online orders get the best share of the mangoes. In case we run into a scarcity of mango, the online orders will be fulfilled first. Also, the online orders are handled first, packed and sent to you. We get our own mango, therefore we can ensure that the online orders are the freshest. Our goal is to get the mango from the tree to your hands in 7 days. Q. We do not see our favorite store in your partner list- what should we do? Ans. We will be partnering with stores in major cities for this season to distribute the Mango to you. Pre-ordering will still be the surest way to ensure steady supply of the Mango. In some cases you will be able to pickup your Mangozz at our partner stores- you will be contacted when your order is waiting at the store and will be required to pick it up within 2 -3 days. After that period expires, we will ask the store to dispose off the order as quickly as possible in whatever manner seems appropriate to prevent degeneration of the product. Q. Can we be assured of availability of Mango this season? Ans. Indian Mango is always in high demand around the world and the supply cannot always be assured. When will the payment be charged and what is the guarantee that delivery will be made without error? Ans. The payment will be charged when an order is placed- the process will be automated with online credit card processing. Shipping errors do happen, sometimes by us and sometimes by the shipping company- in such cases we work with you to enable the delivery. Q. Is there any order cancellation cost? Can an order be modified? Ans. Yes, the cancellation cost is 20% of the transaction. We bear these costs immediately when we secure an order. An order can be modified or cancelled at any time till processing starts on the order- this is generally a week before the order is shipped. Once an order is being processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Q. How will the Mango be delivered to us? Is the delivery fee refundable? Ans. The mango will be delivered to the address you gave us at the time of ordering. As long as the order is still open, we allow you to log on to your registered account and modify. Once the order is being processed, it will be delivered. If you do not receive the order, in that case we will ensure that the delivery fee is refunded. However, if the order has been delivered, the delivery fee is not refundable. Q. What is the size and weight of a mango? Ans. A mango (except Banganpalli) will be about 200-270 grams by weight. The mangoes will weigh about 3-4 lbs and there will be 6 mangoes in every box. For Banganpalli, there will be 3-4 lbs of mango in every box. Q. Where are you located? Ans.
